How to Modify Your Text Counter
First..
IF YOU USE PHPJunkyard's COUNTER, PLEASE LINK TO THEIR SITE!! IT'S THE LEAST YOU CAN DO!!

     Hi there! ^^

     Like I said earlier, I highly recommend using PHPJunkyard's text counter. It's a small file that you download, unzip, and upload to your own site. It creates a text counter (via JavaScript and PHP), and you can change the text size, text color, etc.

     The only problem is, they don't explain HOW to change the text. But it's really simple. And if you know HTML, then you already know how it's done. ;)

     ...All you use is <font> tags. That's it. But...if you want to change multiple things (size + color + weight, etc.), you should add style="" to it. It'll look like this:
<font style="font family; Verdana; font-size: 12px; color: green; background: pink">

Four Quick Notes
#1) Remember to separate each command with a semi-color -- ;

#2) background:
You can also use "background-color:" instead of just "background:". But there IS a difference, especially if your counter is a link.
...Also, if you want the background to be the same as your page, then DON'T ADD "background:" (or "background-color:") AT ALL.

#3) font-size:
You can also use "regular" numbers/sizes (ie: "3" instead of "12px")

#4) color:
You can use actual color names ("black") or hex codes ("#000000"). That #-sign is optional (so it can be #000000 OR 000000).

     For a list of more CCS style codes (like font-weight), you should visit this page. And again,

     ...You might even want to use a code similar to the one I use:

<div align="center">

<b><font style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Verdana; color: mediumpurple">
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="Javascript" SRC="http://www.YOURSITE.COM/folder1/counter/counter.php?page=index"><!--
//--></SCRIPT></b>
<br>

<font size="1"><a href="http://www.phpjunkyard.com">PHPJunkyard.com</a></font>
</div>
