[1] I was wondering why Kiwi Musume wrote "tenshon" as "momentum". I thought "tenshon" actually meant "tension". (o_O) So of course I had to ask her why she did this, and here's what she said: "'Tenshon' doesn't always mean 'tension'. For example, 'hai tenshon' means 'hyped up', not 'high tension'. 'Momentum' just seemed to fit this context best."

     ...That still doesn't really explain WHY the Japanese think "tenshon" is a synonym for "energy", but whatever. I guess it's just something you understand more with experience. (xD) But then again, "tenshon" might NOT be the English word "tension"; it might be an actual Japanese word. I'm not really sure...so that's I wrote it in lowercase, just to be safe.
