Who Are Sunplaza Nakano Kun & DJ Yossy?
Unfortunately, I don't know much about either of these guys. But they seem to be heavily involved with Para Para music. (UPDATED Nov-8-2009) And thanks to Frank S., I now know that Sunplaza Nakano Kun is the lead singer of a rock band called "Bakufu Slump". Several of their CDs can be sampled on this CDJapan page.

Both artists collaborated on a song called "Bye Bye Paragirl", which was released for 9LoveJ. According to dtan0914 from Para Para Stage: "9LoveJ is a ParaPara (Eurobeat/Hyper Techno) club event run in Tokyo (formerly in Shibuya, now in Shinjuku) by the organizer DJ Yossy (who is also featured singing in the song)."
