Tsuyoku naru to hitori kokoro kimeta
Furikaerazu kowagarazu
Me o tojinai

Ikiru koto sore wa marude
Kurayami to asa tada kurikaesu
Zetsubou no yoru ni mo
Kujikenai yuuki

Dare yori hayaku asa o matsu
Watashi wa asagao ni naritakute
Sono wazuka na tsuru o sora ni muke
Kibou no hikari tsukamitoritai

Nakinureteta hitori dou ni mo narazu
Itsumo kimi ga ite kurete
Me o akeru

Kanashimi wa wasureta koro
DOA (Door) o tataite mata kurikaesu
Daiji ni shitai no wa
Tachiagaru yuuki

Dare yori hayaku asa ni saki
Kimi ni wa hohoemi o kaeshitai
Ima kasuka na tsuyu o hana ni uke
Ikinuku koto no imi o shiru kara

Higashi no sora kara kumo ga yakete yuku
Hoshi-tachi ga tsugitsugi ni kieteku [1]
Mezameta tori ga habataiteru
Subete ZERO ni modoru
Hikari no naka

Dare yori hayaku asa o matsu
Watashi wa asagao ni [na]ritakute
Sono wazuka na tsuru o sora ni muke
Kibou no hikari tsukamitoritai

Alone, I made up my mind to be strong...
I won't look back, I won't be afraid,
I won't close my eyes.

Life is just a constant stream
Of darkness and mornings --
Even on desperate nights,
I have the courage not to give in.

Up earlier than anyone, waiting for the morning,
I want to be a morning glory.
I want to put a little tendril up to the sky,
And grasp the light of hope.

I was alone, soaked with tears, getting nowhere...
It's because you're always here
That I can open my eyes.

When I've forgotten my sadness,
It comes back and knocks on my door.
I want to treasure the courage
To get back up again.

Blooming earlier than anyone else in the morning,
I want to smile back at you.
Now I'll take in the faint dew in my petals,
And learn the meaning of surviving.

The clouds in the east are set on fire,
And the stars disappear one by one. [1]
The birds have woken up and started flying...
Everything goes back to square one
In the light.

Up earlier than anyone, waiting for the morning,
I want to be a morning glory.
I want to put a little tendril up to the sky,
And grasp the light of hope.
Oasis Heart3's Note:
[1] First of all, yes -- the title's spelled in all lowercase. And the composer's name is "243"; that's not a typo. =P

Second, all the kanji lyrics I found online wrote "tsugitsugi ni", but I don't hear Van saying "ni" at ALL. But maybe it's just me?
